TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
Who may enter:
You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of South Africa, and have a valid South African drivers license to enter the competition.
Who may not enter:
Directors, members, partners, employees, contractors and consultants of Bosch Car Service and any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bosch Car Service. This also excludes anyone that supplies goods or services in connection with the competition, and the immediate families and life partners of all persons mentioned above from entering.
Competition period:
The competition starts on 19 August 2019 and closes at 1 pm on Saturday, 30 November 2019.
How to enter
Service or repair your vehicle to the value of R2000 or more at any Bosch Car Service Centre nationwide, and go into the monthly draw to win a Haval H1 car.
Draws and Prizes
1. At the end of each month (September, October and November 2019) there will be a lucky draw from which the first person randomly drawn will win a Haval H1 car.
2. The competition and all random draws are audited.
3. Bosch Car Service will contact the winner telephonically, by calling the number that was provided to enter the competition.
4. If Bosch Car Service is unable to reach a prize winner after two weeks, that person’s prize will be waived. Bosch Car Service may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of that month’s entrants.
5. By entering the competition, winners give Bosch Car Service the right to publish their name and photograph in any advertising, promotional material or event, in print, or online, at any point of sale or in any public relations material. The nature and manner of such releases are to be determined within the sole discretion of Bosch Car Service and shall be for 12 months after the date that the prize winner is determined, after having been publicly announced as the prize winner of the competition.
6. Bosch Car Service reserves the right to brand the winners’ vehicle with Bosch Car Service branding related to the Bosch Car Service’ Service to Win a Car” competition.
7. Before handing over vehicles to winners. Prize winners will be responsible for insuring the vehicle with a recognised insurance company in South Africa, and proof of this insurance will be required.
8. The registration and title holder of the winners’ vehicle will be in the name of a Haval dealership for the first year after the awarding of the prize. At the end of the first year, the title deed will be transferred over into the winners’ name on instruction from Robert Bosch South Africa.
9. The prizes are limited to one Haval H1 per winner. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
General
1. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry.
2. All information relating to this competition, including details on our website and any other promotional material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
3. By entering the competition, you give Bosch Car Service the right to process your personal information and to validate your entry. No entry will be considered valid until this validation process has taken place.
5. A prize will only be awarded to the person that entered the ‘Service to Win a Car’ competition and said persons must be in lawful possession of a valid South African drivers license before the prize can be redeemed. Winners will also have to comply with any other reasonable validation procedures as may be reasonably required by Bosch Car Service to claim the prize. Copies of the winner’s ID book and driver’s license must be made available for Bosch Car Service’s records.
6. All winners must collect their cars from the Bosch Car Service at which they were selected as winners during that store’s trading hours.
7. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the competition or these terms and conditions, Bosch Car Service’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence may be entered into.
8. Bosch Car Service is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry or participant if it believes there has been any irregular, fraudulent or mala fide conduct by, or on behalf of, such participant, and will not be obliged to notify participants of entries that are rejected.
9. Bosch Car Service may refuse to award the prize if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities, mala fide or fraudulent practices by, or on behalf of, any person claiming the prize.
Liability
1. Bosch Car Service is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the competition. Bosch Car Service, its associated companies, agents, contractors and any of its personnel involved in this competition, assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, death or injury arising from participation in the competition, or from using the prize, or any loss or damage, death or injury howsoever arising.
2. Bosch Car Service assumes no liability whatsoever for any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.
3. Bosch Car Service may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendment shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and condition on the website www.boschcar.co.za
